Our goal is 100% satisfaction of our customers. If you are not satisfied with the service or quality of the flowers delivered, we will redeliver flowers free of service charge. If we fail to locate recipient's address, we will notify you immediately for address correction. If recipient is not found, your money will be refunded back to your account, however we will keep the $15.00 service fee in case when delivery failure was not our fault.
