Is my order information private?
The information you provide us regarding yourself is considered private information and will not be shared with others. This includes your name, address, phone, e-mail address, and credit card information. The name and address of the gift recipient, and the card message is shared with the local filling florist, but with no one else. A copy of your order is NOT stored on our web server.
What are cookies and how does FlowersUSSR use them?
A cookie is a small file that can be stored on your computer's hard drive. FlowersUSSR uses cookies to determine the referring site. The cookie does not contain any information about you. If you reject cookies, you can still use our site to order flowers.
What is an IP address and how does FlowersUSSR use them?

We do log IP addresses, but the addresses are not linked to individual customer orders nor are they used in any other way to personally identify our customers.

Your order remains encrypted until it is safely behind the firewall of our order-processing center. A copy of your order is NOT stored on our web server.
Is my credit card information stored on your server?
In order to increase the security of your shopping we DO NOT store your credit card information on our server. The credit card processing is being done on higlhly secure server of our credit card processing company.
