We usually deliver orders within 24 hours. However in a rare case when a delivery cannot be made within 48 hours, you will be contacted immediately. Our messenger will make every effort to find the recipient. Flower orders cannot be returned if the recipient's address is incorrect.
Q: How long in advance should I place the order?
A: FlowersUSSR.com processes orders for deliveries seven days a week. However due to Holidays, weekends and other regional factors we highly recommend to place your order three days or more in advance. In case when a delivery cannot be made at the time indicated on the secure order form, we will inform you immediately and make the delivery at the first availability.
Q: Do the bouquets on your web site look like bouquets that you deliver?
A: Yes, you see the picture of real bouquets that have been created by our Flower Designers and delivered to our customers. However all flowers are arranged by hand and every order is a unique creation.
Q: Do you deliver flowers anywhere in Russia and the former USSR?
A: FlowersUSSR.com delivers flowers and baskets almost everywhere in Russia, Ukraine and other areas of Former Soviet Union. (See list of the Cities). If the city of your interest is not on the list please call or e-mail us your request.
Q: How do I know that my order has been received?
A: You will receive a confirmation when your order has been processed and another confirmation once your order has been delivered, usually within 24-48 hours.
Q. When you say that you guarantee delivery, does this mean that no matter what, everything will be delivered?
A. The delivery is guaranteed if our agent is able to establish contact with the recipient prior to delivery and if they agree upon the most convenient delivery time for the recipient, unless you specified the specific time of delivery, then our agent will inform the recipient of this. If there are any changes regarding the delivery of the order, you will be informed immediately of these changes, and will be asked for your decision if needed, after we receive this information from our agent.
